Runs small
The sizing is great in the waist area, but needs to be a little bigger in the chest. My breast change size all day depending on feeding schedules. If I had just feed (Smaller breast) This fit perfectly, otherwise I was showing more cleavage than I wanted to. As long as you order one size bigger than you think you need, you should be good. I love this cami and it's great for layering!!

Nice Camisole for small-breasted women
I bought two black of these for my niece, who is size 38DDD, because she has trouble finding nursing bras and blouses. Most of her breasts show wearing this cami. It should be fine for small- to medium-sized breasted women. You can combine it with jeans or elegant slacks. It goes with just about everything.
