The material is very thin. It does not provide enough support .

Supportive
Overall, I think this bra is very supportive for the style. I am a 34C and feel very comfortable running in it. Some say it runs small, but I prefer my sports bra to be a little snug. I have 5 of these bras in size Medium. To me the best part is the seamlessness. Most bras would cut up my chest by the end of the workout from the seam chafing. This bra is awesome in that I have no chafing and good support. I hope they continue to make this bra and I will continue to purchase it in the future!

tight, but good
This bra is tight, so you'll probably want to order the next largest size, but it's still a very good bra.

fantastic bra
I own several of these. While I don't think it would offer adequate support for a larger-chested woman, it was an absolute miracle for me (I'm a 34B). It supported me beautifully during long, hardcore runs, and made me forget what chafing feels like. I wore one to run the NYC marathon this past Sunday, and it performed perfectly. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this to any smaller-chested distance runner.
Love the soft-yet-technical fabric, love the internal construction, and ADORE the color choices.
