First time I ordered underwear online and it did turn out that the bra runs smaller than the same size bra that I bought in store. I was prepared to pay for shipping but to my pleasant surprise Hanes offered me free shipping for return without any hassle and sent me a larger size that fits me perfectly. For that, Hanes won a customer for life.

Highly satisfied overall
I have been wearing this bra for years. It fits comfortably and adds just the right amount of padding to compliment the small to average size busts.

This is my bra
Like many others, I have been wearing this style of bra for years. The bra lasts forever, but I don't put them in the drier. I like them because they don't have the hard molded cups. Some have said that there is alot of padding, but over time the padding flattens way down and conforms to your own shape. It doesn't add much to your size, it just sort of rounds you out and provides modesty. I take the bra for granted until I try a different style and realize how uncomfortable most other bras are compared to this one. As long as Hanes keeps making them, I'll probably keep buying them. Like many others, I do wish there was a nude or beige color.
