These shorts run large, very large
First, the quality appears great. But, I have to exchange them, because the sizing is totally off - these run HUGE!
I have a 29" waist, 39" hips, so I ordered the Medium, based on the size chart (waist size of 27" - 29"). The waist and the hips are much larger than what the size chart indicates - I measured the waist on the size Medium I received, and it was just over 33"! That's a full size difference.
So, a word of warning, order a size smaller than what the size chart indicates.

Love these pants. They fit great and are the perfect lenght. Love the pockets.

Comfortable to exercise in..
These shorts run slightly large in the waist. They fit well everywhere except the elastic waist is not fitted enough and hangs. The drawstring is what keeps them up and in place. They are great to exercise in and dry quickly if you are sweating.

Like!
I was looking for casual and comfortable shorts that came to my knees to wear after biking around camp. I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked these. They have handy pockets, too. I can wear them shopping and look fine. I removed a star since they were a bit pricey for "gym"-type shorts. But I did order a couple more.
