Shrinks & Pills
I bought these a few months ago as my main lounging pant. I purchased enough pairs to wear each once or twice a month.
After just a few washes on warm and drying on warm, they shrunk 2-3 inches in the length. If you're taller than 5 feet five, you will be wearing "highwaters". Perhaps washing on cold and line drying would eliminate this...but who wants to line dry sweats?
The elastic also twisted inside the waistband and it's not easily straightened. It needs to be sewn to keep it from flipping. It is nice and wide however, and doesn't flip once it's laying flat against my waist. The flipping occurs in the wash, apparently.
The worst part of these pants for me is the pilling between the thighs. If you have thighs that rub even slightly, expect BIG pilling. I have to use one of those fabric shavers a couple of times during the day to keep it to a minimum.
Overall, the fabric is soft and warm (68 degree indoor temp.) and the color selection is great. I love the drawstring, too. So I gave these a "fair" rating instead of "poor".
Wishing Hanes would purchase better cotton for these. A longer fiber cotton would help a lot to keep the fabric pill-free. A brand of cotton that starts with Sup comes to mind!

Comfy, thick material
What I like best is that these are thick sweats that feel good against my skin. They were close fitting out of the dryer, but stretched out after wearing them a while to the point of being roomy in the seat and knees. However, given the cut of the (lounge) pants, which I like, that may be unavoidable.

Love these pants!
This pants are so comfortable! The pants are a great silhouette (definitely not the sweatpants of the 80's), are long enough to cover the tops of my shoes, and are warm!
