Comfort and looks!
Smooth top to toe! Pretty enough I was not embarassed for the surgeon to see them when I had sutures removed from my knee! Most comfortable band area of any I have ever worn.

Wasted money
I wore one pair to doctor's office and they were down on my ankles by the time I got there. I took them off and threw them away and threw away the others when I got home. These were horrible and not at all what I expected. No spandex to hold the knee highs up. Certainly no light support as touted. I thought Sheer Energy denoted quality. Gone are the days when I will spend more money through the mail for Hanes. I used to spend quite a lot on panty hose each month. But of course that's been years.

They hold up great!
They hold their shape and they are very durable. And the never run. I love them! Love the color also!
