They are cotton and are not binding. Since they are stretch-cotton fabric around the legs don't cause irritation. You can wear them with dresses and pants and not feel as if you're going to lose your panties. May 31, 2013
Favorite Comfy Panties These are my favorite comfy panties, and despite being my "comfy" panties, they're still cute. I've been having trouble finding them in stores locally, so I'm glad to find them online. There's just one problem, I'll pass on the mysterious "assorted" colors. I'm not going to take a grab bag option and not know what I'm getting. I'd rather get a different style or brand in store than mystery colors online. So great panties, but terrible online purchase options (or a lack of an accurate and complete description). April 19, 2013
Possibly the perfect panty I have been wearing these almost daily for about 2 years and they are by far the best panty I have ever worn. They are soo comfy I sometimes forget that I'm wearing anything at all. My only negative is that I wish they were available in more different colors and patterns. March 30, 2013
