Hanes Men's TAGLESS® No Ride Up Briefs with ComfortSoft® Waistband 6-Pack
Great fit and very comfortable, sometimes it feels like that I even forget that I have them on!

Not so soft
These are not the same as the ComfortSoft briefs I bought a couple of years ago; the newer ones have too much of that polyester scratchy feeling compared to the older ones, which are thicker and softer. Very disappointing.

Why did they add the iron-on label in the back ?
Been wearing these for years. Very comfortable great fit and no irritating tag in the back. I'd love to give them an excellent rating except ... About a year ago some genius decided to add a washing and care label (legal or marketing guy I'm sure) that is applied with some kind of a thermal transfer. The problem is after a few wash and dry cycles (likely caused by the heat of the dryer) the individual letters on this label begin to lift and it feels like 60 grit sandpaper in the small of your back. They are impossible to wear without a T-shirt tucked in as separation.
Tried using a fabric shaver to remove the label but it destroys the fabric. I've simply started to throw them away. There is nothing worse than uncomfortable shorts, I'd rather have a rock in my shoe.
This was a fantastic product prior to this change. How can we get this resolved before I run out of underwear ?

I have used Hanes as long as I can remember, which is probably 50 years. The last two packages of briefs were the tagless ComfortSoft waistbands and none of them lasted 6 months. Today I put on my last new pair and the waistband unraveled on the first day. The guarantee isn't worth collecting after paying shipping. I never say never, but I will not buy anymore Hanes products. I guess the old saying that everything comes to an end is true, as Hanes quality has definitely come to an end, and so has my patronage. I will no longer recommend your products.
