the best winter socks
I have several pairs of these and have given some as gifts. They are thick and soft and warm. They stay up pretty well. I am so happy to have them.

GREAT SOCKS!!
I absolutely LOVE these socks! I never knew socks came this soft!!! I have a medical condition which renders my nerves way too sensitive; I had to give up on buying cotton socks because the weave hurt the bottom of my feet. I thought I'd try THESE socks, not expecting that they wouldn't irritate. Oh, Boy!!! I was SO wrong!!
If you find another pair of socks that are truly softer than these, I'd be amazed!! I hope they keep making them for years and years, because those are what I'm going to be ordering from now on!
Try them, and you'll see what I mean!!

Runs small for large foot
I wear a size 9.5 shoe size, so I bought the 9-11 size socks.
They were too short in the foot. The length in the leg was fine. Also, they have a lot of elastic in the legs and I found them tight on the calves and I don't have heavy calves. Not sure if getting a bigger size would help. I was looking for knee socks to wear at night to sleep. Like the kind I wore back in the 60s.
