Disappointed
Don't need much in the way of support, as I am small up top. Didn't want padding, just a natural look. However this bra.is very flattening and ungiving, not at all flattering -- looked like I was wearing a sports bra.

Finally a bra that fits me
I went to an outlet in Orlando looking for basically a "training bra" that would fit me. The clerk was very understanding and had me try on this bra in an XL. Fits wonderfully and barely shows. Bought 3 more

More like a runner's bra
This bra was not what I was expecting. I was looking for a bra that breathes and wicks away moisture, which this says it does. I can't speak to that because I didn't get that far. I expected this to be like a normal bra, with some basic support (non-wire) and shape. Unlike the photo shown on this page, it has NO shape! I am small (36B) and not only is it too tight, despite the fact I picked the size per the sizing instructions, but most of all, it fits like a runner's bra or sports bra. In fact, it flattens. I don't need to get any flatter! I tried it on, didn't like the fit or lack of it and returned the four I just bought. I've had Hanes Barely There bras before (not this specific one) and fit never was an issue. Unfortunately, I can no longer find the Barely There bras I liked and hoped against hope that this one would suffice. Nope.

Very Comfortable
I chose this bra because I'm small breasted and it is difficult to find a comfortable bra in a 40A. This one is perfect for me. Thanks Hanes. This one is as advertised. It fits, it's comfortable, and the construction makes it ideal for warm Arizona days.
