Thank you for shopping with us. All our merchandise is 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed. Please return any item that you are not completely satisfied with and we will issue a refund. It’s easy. No need to call for approval.
We are committed to providing you with great service, including making it simple to return products purchased from our website or via phone.
Place your items in a secure package, removing or covering any labels on the package.
Complete the reverse side of the packing slip that came with your shipment. If you can’t find the packing slip, send the item(s) with a written explanation (be sure to include your name and mailing address).
We can only accept returns that were purchased and returned within 12 months.

We use USPS to make your return process easy!
- No postage is required if you use the pre-paid return label that came with your order.
- The cost of using the prepaid shipping label service is $6.95 and will be deducted from your refund.
- No waiting in line. Simply place your package in your mailbox or drop it off at any post office.
- Your account will not be charged if your item(s) were damaged, defective, or if you received incorrect merchandise.

Option 2: Delivery method of your choice.
If you prefer to return using the delivery service of your choice, please ship your return to the address below. Packages must be returned pre-paid.

- Item(s) must be accompanied by the packing ticket.
- We’ll gladly exchange any product sold in our store for an even exchange (provided the exchange item is available.)
- Credit card refund charges will be credited to your account during 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday-Friday, ET.
- Cash refunds cannot be made in the store.
- Please wash worn garments before returning.
- Allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be received and to process your request.
- An email notification will be sent once your return has been processed if you provided an email address at the time of order.
- It may take 2 billing statements for your credit to appear on your statement.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Exchanges can only be made for the same style number. For instructions, refer to the back of your packing ticket.
If you want a different style, go ahead and place a new order. When we receive your return, we will process your credit. It’s that easy.
