      I am 5’1”, 130 lbs and 36B.  I would mostly wear with jeans or linen pants so will like a looser fit around waist and hip but not too flared.  Should I get medium or large?

      Do they fit true to size?  I am on the border between S & M.  I don't want large arm holes but I don't want a super snug fit either. I wear 34B bra.
